Snow White, the fairy tale, first started in Germany by the Brothers Grimm and was adapted later on.  The 7 Dwarfs didn’t get their names until the Broadway play Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in 1912.

The era of the Roman Empire was known for classic attire that centered around a garment called a toga.  The toga is still a popular costume for occasions like costume parties or toga parties.
